Independent Cable Bicep Curl Instructions

  • Set the cables all the way down and in the straight forward position.
  1. Grab the handles and stand right above where the cable arms end.
  2. Stand up straight with your shoulders back, chest up, and stomach tight.
  3. Slowly curl your hands up by squeezing your biceps.
  4. Pause at the top.
  5. Slowly return to start.
  6. Repeat.
