Standing Decline Cable Press Instructions

  • Set the FreeMotion arms all the way out as wide as they can go and on the highest setting.
  1. Grab a handle in each hand and stand directly in the middle of the machine.
  2. Raise your elbows and hands up and step forward slightly.
  3. Let your elbows follow the cable back, letting your chest stretch to a comfortable position.
  4. Slowly press your hands forward and down, letting the cable just rest on your forearms (that is how to keep your proper angle)
  5. When your arms fully extend, bring your hands together and squeeze your chest.
  6. Pause and slowly bring your arms back to the starting position.
  7. Repeat.
